Required affiliate disclosure

Place this disclosure immediately before or beside each endorsement and referral link: “I am a Golden Energy Wellness Referral Partner. If you buy through my link, I may earn a commission.” Do not rely only on a profile disclosure, a buried hashtag, “affiliate link,” or a discount code.

For video, make the disclosure easy to notice in the video itself and in the caption near the link. For audio, say it clearly before the endorsement. Repeat it when viewers could otherwise miss the relationship.

Truthful product statements

Share only genuine firsthand experience and exact statements in the current approved claims library. Do not say or imply that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents a disease; replaces medical care or medication; is FDA approved; is recommended by a doctor; is risk-free; or guarantees a result. Company review does not permit an unsupported or misleading claim.

“Results vary” does not repair an unsupported or misleading claim. Images, demonstrations, testimonials, hashtags, links, and surrounding context count toward the overall message. Stop using content when approval expires or Golden Energy withdraws it.

Review and enforcement

Partners may use the optional content-review tools before publishing. Golden Energy Wellness LLC monitors promotion and may request edits or removal, pause a referral link, withhold an ineligible reward, suspend an account, or end participation when content or conduct violates the controlling agreement or program rules. Content review, training, and social-profile review are not activation prerequisites.
